Ua-football project began on July 12, 2002, in close cooperation with well-known news portal Obozrevatel and sport news editorial board of Inter TV channel. Despite the grandiose plans of the site creators and their rosy expectations at that moment, they didn't manage to implement everything that was planned.

In spring of 2003 Ua-football officially parted company with Obozrevatel and Inter and floated free for half a year looking for new partners for further project development.

At the beginning of 2004 necessary support point was found and the resource began to grow confidently to become a really efficient and objective source of information about Ukrainian and foreign football.

Today the project is finances without involvement of off-site investors. Ua-football is one of leading Ukrainian sport internet publications but still it is not going to rest on its laurels.
